Go.Trans S.r.l., established in 1979, originated from the evolution of Gobbi Trasporti, a company founded in 1947 by Gobbi Franco. Until the date of its transformation, the Company operated in the domain of general transport (conventional goods, exceptional transport, etc.).  

At the end of the 60's, Gobbi Trasporti began to expand its activities in the container transportation sector and in all those aspects that closely related to this "innovative way" of transporting goods. It made itself protagonist from immediately opening the "1st" Terminal container on the area of Milan, offering a complete service to the users (transports, warehouse, repairs, special fittings, etc.) and, through synergies with companies operating in the same field ( among them " INT ", " INTERCONTAINER ") it became in quickly a reference company.

As mentioned before, in 1979 an evolution was considered essential in order to meet the increasing market demands that required a diversified transport solution (combined / intermodal transport).  

From its long-standing experience, today the company is able to connect Milan with the main harbours of the Ligurian Sea (Genoa - La Spezia - Savona) and vice versa. The services are carried out (where provided), even with daily trains, without however neglecting the requests of its customers about the opportunity / request to carry out transport with the usual modes (road transport round trip / one way).

Go.Trans S.r.l.u., has reinforced its Terminal operations (warehousing and repairs) by addressing its services mainly to large leading companies in the maritime-container transport sector (CmaCgm, Evergreen, ONE, Tarros) but has also consolidated its relations with large shipping companies. The current fleet boasts in its entirety vehicles equipped with semi-trailers for the transport of containers as well as ADR goods.
